Dunkin’ Donuts is currently accepting applications for Fulltime Shift Managers positions at our Dunkin’ store at Auckland Airport Domestic Terminal.  We have several positions available for immediate start.

Reporting directly to the Store Manager, Shift Managers will be responsible for:

  • Serving customers

  • Food handling

  • Creating barista level hot drinks

  • Store cleanliness

  • Cash handling and reconciliation

  • Responsibility for the opening or closing of the store

  • Running each shift and managing shift crew as required. 


The successful applicants will be tidy and well presented individuals. Experience in customer service is an advantage as is retail and food safety experience, however full Dunkin' Donuts training will be provided. The ability to work as part of a team within the store and as part of the larger Dunkin' Donuts group is important to us. These positions require an excellent command of the English language and communication skills. Please note this store is open from 6.30am till 8pm 7 days a week.

About the Company

Cafe' Concepts Ltd is the Master Licensee for Dunkin' in New Zealand. The first store opened in May 2000 and presently there are 17 sites covering Auckland and Hamilton.
