Shift Managers

Dunkin’ Donuts is opening a new store in Tauranga in late 2025!

Dunkin' is currently accepting applications for Full-time & Part-time Shift Manager positions at the new Dunkin' store in Tauranga.

Reporting directly to the Store Manager, the Shift Managers will be responsible for:

• Opening or Closing the Store on a daily basis

• Serving customers

• Food handling

• Donut finishing (filling and frosting donuts)

• Creating barista level hot drinks & cold drinks

• Store cleanliness

• Cash handling and reconciliation

The ideal applicant will :

• Full-time - Be able to work 5 shifts per week.

• Part-time - Be able to work 3-4 shifts per week.

• Be available for weekend work.

• Be able to start very early OR finish late.

We are looking for a tidy and well-presented individuals with a mature attitude. Experience in customer service is preferred as is retail and food safety experience, however full Dunkin' Donuts training will be provided. The ability to work as part of a team within the store and as part of the larger Dunkin' Donuts group is important to us. These positions require an excellent command of the English language and communication skills. Experience managing a shift team would be an advantage.
