TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

 

1. Information on how to enter forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

2. The promotion is open to all residents of New Zealand excluding employees (and immediate family members) of the Promoter, its affiliates, participating outlets and agencies associated with this promotion.

3. The Promoter is Cafe Concepts Limited, 40 Vestey Drive, Mt Wellington. Auckland 1060, New Zealand.

4. Promotion commences at 12.01 am on Tuesday, 15th August 2023. The promotion closes at 11.59 pm on Friday, 22nd September 2023. 

5. To enter the promotion, purchase any 6-pack or 12-pack of donuts during the promotional period at participating outlets.  Receive a flyer with purchase, go to www.dunkindonuts.co.nz/tmnt-movie-promotion, and enter the required details, including the daily promo code/word from the flyer to be in the draw. There is a limit of 10 entries per person per day.

6. There is one (1) major prize of an exclusive screening of TEENAGE NINJA MUTANT TURTLES: MUTANT MAYHEM for you and 20 friends to be won.

7. There are six (6) weekly prizes of TMNT Movie Prize Packs, which include 1 x TMNT Movie Skateboard, 1 x TMNT Movie Lunchbox, 1 x TMNT Movie Thermos, 1 x TMNT Movie Pizza Box and 1 x Double Pass to TMNT Movie.

8. The major prize draw will take place on Friday, 29th September 2023 and the winner will be notified by Monday, 2nd October 2023 using the details listed on the website. Entrants should ensure that their personal information on the website is correct. You may need to provide your receipt(s) as proof of purchase if asked. 

9. Weekly TMNT Prize Packs will be randomly drawn on the draw date(s) from all valid entries received, and notified by telephone, post or email shortly after.  

10. The major prize of an exclusive screening of TEENAGE NINJA MUTANT TURTLES: MUTANT MAYHEM for you and 20 friends includes A private screening for you and 20 friends to see TEENAGE NINJA MUTANT TURTLES: MUTANT MAYHEM at a designated cinema where the major prize winner lives in New Zealand. A screening date will be organised with the major prize winner and the studio; Candy Bar Snacks (1 x Small Drink, 1x Small Popcorn/Ice Cream per person); TMNT Movie Merchandise per person.  The major prize package has a recommended retail price of NZD$ 2,000. The date of the screening and cinema location in New Zealand will be organised with the major prize winner and the studio. The major prize winner is responsible for his/her own plus friends' transportation to the designated cinema for the screening. 

11. The prize claim will be subject to identity verification checks.  If an entrant is under the age of 18 years they acknowledge that they have their parent's permission to enter the promotion and agree that if they are drawn as a winner their parent or guardian will be awarded the prize, and that the parent or guardian may be required to sign acceptance of the terms and conditions prior to claiming the prize. 

12. The major prize winner will be required to sign a Participation Agreement in order to take the prize. The Promoter will issue the form to the winner upon confirmation of winning the major prize.

13. Prizes are as stipulated and cannot be exchanged for cash. However, should circumstances arise beyond the Promoter’s control; prizes may be substituted for prizes of a similar value without incurring any liability on the part of the Promoter to any entrant or winner. 

14. The Promoter shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage whatsoever sustained by any person either directly or indirectly in connection with any prize offered in this promotion, except for any liability, which cannot be excluded by law.

15. The Promoter shall have no responsibility or liability to any claimant or any other person in respect of any incomplete, illegible or late entry or any entry not received because of postal or internet malfunction or any other reason.

16. By participating in this promotion, participants consent to the Promoter and its agencies using the winner’s name and/or photograph for the purposes of publicity, advertising or trade publication without further compensation.

17. By participating in this contest, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the judges. The judges’ decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

18. If, for any reason, the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct or operation of the promotion is interfered with or disputed in any way (including but not limited to computer viruses, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud or technical failures) the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; and/or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate (including withholding any prizes).

19. Privacy Act:  All entries remain the property of  Cafe Concepts.  All personal information will be collected and stored by Cafe Concepts in accordance with the Privacy Act 1993.   Cafe Concepts may use your personal information to conduct the promotion and for any future promotional and advertising initiatives.  You have the right to access your personal information and request correction of any errors in it pursuant to the Privacy Act 1993. 20. The Promoter reserves the right to change the Terms & Conditions.
